Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samuel Wenyong started the match with the kick off. Sajeev Laycock made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alif Singh in the 3rd minute. Sajeev Laycock came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Worsley AFC's Alif Singh. But to his dismay, Alif Singh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Mark Tian scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sajeev Laycock, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sajeev Laycock was a little too slow when Sarb Hee got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 3-0. 25 minutes into the game, Mark Tian recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sajeev Laycock. Mark Tian showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. In the 29thth minute of the game Mark Tian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ross on Wye's Sajeev Laycock was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ross on Wye's Sajeev Laycock proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Ross on Wye from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute, Mark Tian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Nicholas Dhanabalan took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Sajeev Laycock to make any attempt to save it. When Worsley AFC's Sarb Hee in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ross on Wye's goalie prevented a goal. Sajeev Laycock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Faiz Lee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sajeev Laycock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Tan in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sajeev Laycock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sajeev Laycock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sarb Hee's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. If Mark Tian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Mark Tian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Worsley AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Tan in the 68th minute of play forced Ross on Wye's goalkeeper Sajeev Laycock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alif Singh took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sajeev Laycock. Sajeev Laycock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 75 minutes into the game, Nicholas Dhanabalan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Sajeev Laycock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute, Khai Tan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sajeev Laycock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After some careless play in the Ross on Wye defense, Sarb Hee kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sajeev Laycock. The Ross on Wye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sajeev Laycock should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sarb Hee in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sajeev Laycock saved Ross on Wye from getting behind. There was no doubt that Worsley AFC were the better team. Worsley AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
