Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Derby's Khairul Lee started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Khairul Lee received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wei Xuan Hsin came out and tried to block the shot, but Khairul Lee slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. Hafriz Rajah hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes Derby got a freekick which was hit by Dale Nagasaki. 13 minutes into the game, Dale Nagasaki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Derby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Barçelona B the free kick. In the 13th minute, Dale Nagasaki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Derby's goal looked a bit too open when Hafriz Rajah came free, but Alam Phua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wei Xuan Hsin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rifqi Hongyi went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hafriz Rajah in the 26th minute of play forced Derby's goalkeeper Alam Phua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wei Xuan Hsin was a little too slow when Rifqi Hongyi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Khairul Lee in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wei Xuan Hsin saved FC Barçelona B from getting behind. After recieving a nice pass, Derby's Darryl Lim tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rifqi Hongyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Wei Xuan Hsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barçelona B's zone, Rifqi Hongyi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wei Xuan Hsin came out of the goal and Rifqi Hongyi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Khairul Lee in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wei Xuan Hsin saved FC Barçelona B from getting behind. With a little luck, FC Barçelona B's Wei Xuan Hsin got control of the ball when Rifqi Hongyi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hafriz Rajah to make the kick off. A collision led to FC Barçelona B getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Rifqi Tian hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rifqi Hongyi in the 59th minute of play forced FC Barçelona B's goalkeeper Wei Xuan Hsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Khairul Lee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Wei Xuan Hsin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rifqi Hongyi in the 63rd minute of play forced FC Barçelona B's goalkeeper Wei Xuan Hsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rifqi Hongyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Dale Nagasaki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute Rifqi Hongyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Xuan Hsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Khairul Lee managed to get in a good position for a shot. Derby's supporters rose to their feet, but Khairul Lee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wei Xuan Hsin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Barçelona B's Wei Xuan Hsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khairul Lee in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Hafriz Rajah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute Rifqi Hongyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Xuan Hsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wei Xuan Hsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khairul Lee in the 96th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Derby fully deserved thier win.
