When Shahiran Wenyong came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Archway United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shahiran Wenyong couldn't finish the play. After having played for 70 minutes, Ang Peng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stannington AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ang Peng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Azam Seng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Khairil Lee went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. When Archway United's Amir Chuan in 83 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Zafran Ching guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Shahiran Wenyong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Zafran Ching tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Stannington AFC's Amirul Yeo got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 93rd match minute, Stannington AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clive Cho to maneuver through the defense. Azam Seng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shahron Dhanabalan, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Stannington AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
