Spectators: 5850 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Azli Ching took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 minutes, Gara Lum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Warner United and the Reach players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Warner United's Gara Lum got a free kick in the 4th minute. If Alif Teo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Liang fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rifki Choo having to interfere. When Azli Ching came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Reach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Azli Ching couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Azli Ching managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reach's supporters rose to their feet, but Azli Ching was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alan Soon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Azli Ching received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Alan Soon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rifki Choo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gara Lum, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Gara Lum had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rifki Choo. Reach's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gara Lum was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Reach's zone, Gara Lum stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rifki Choo came out of the goal and Gara Lum tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gara Lum to strike the kick off in the second half. Rifki Choo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Didi Hsi went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Felix Kool made a great header on Warner United's corner, it was just that Reach's Rifki Choo managed to reach the ball for a save. Gara Lum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alif Teo in the 72nd minute of play forced Warner United's goalkeeper Alan Soon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Didi Hsi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Rifki Choo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The tension between the Warner United and the Reach players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Warner United getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Didi Hsi hit a great ball. Many of Reach's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Reach may have spent more time on the ball, but Warner United were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
