Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Royal Gunners FC booed when Leytonstone United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Ching didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 11 minutes, Sajeev Shiong mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leytonstone United and the Royal Gunners FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sajeev Shiong hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. A collision led to Leytonstone United getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. John Ching hit a great ball. Adam Lum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anil Shyan in the 21st minute of play. If Anil Shyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th match minute, Leytonstone United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afiq Chee to maneuver through the defense. If Sarb Hongyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Royal Gunners FC's Aziz Hsin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bineesh Lim in the 36th minute of play. Adam Lum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Yi-Sheng in the 40th minute of play. Sarb Hongyi scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Lum, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aziz Hsin made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Ron Kool sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Anil Shyan made the kick off in the second half. Sajeev Shiong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Lum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anil Shyan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th match minute, Leytonstone United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Teo to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute, Anil Shyan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adam Lum. The goal made the score 1-3. 85 minutes into the game, Anil Shyan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adam Lum. Anil Shyan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ron Kool in the 89th minute of play forced Royal Gunners FC's goalkeeper Aziz Hsin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anil Shyan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Lum having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Royal Gunners FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Leytonstone United.
