Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Shahiran Tee took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Binsted AFC's Bineesh Siang got a free kick in the 8th minute. Sajeev Tan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Famih Chong in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Binsted AFC's Zack Lam got a free kick in the 15th minute. Sajeev Tan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Famih Chong in the 23rd minute of the match. Sean Yang charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sean Yang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sean Yang hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Shahiran Tee got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Burnham on Sea United's zone, Shahiran Tee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ang Chien-Kwan came out of the goal and Shahiran Tee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Burnham on Sea United's Ang Chien-Kwan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shahiran Tee in the 40th minute of play. Famih Chong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sajeev Tan having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Binsted AFC got a freekick which was hit by Khairul Chai. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Famih Chong was the one to do the kick off. When Shahiran Tee came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Binsted AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shahiran Tee couldn't finish the play. After 62 played minutes Binsted AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bineesh Siang. An unexpectedly hard shot by Famih Chong in the 65th minute of play forced Binsted AFC's goalkeeper Sajeev Tan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sajeev Tan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Famih Chong took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Sajeev Tan to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Binsted AFC booed when Burnham on Sea United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shafiq Leng didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ang Chien-Kwan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shahiran Tee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the game, Binsted AFC's Shahiran Tee nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ang Chien-Kwan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Shahiran Tee might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ang Chien-Kwan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shahiran Tee ran back to his position shaking his head.
