Lewisham United FC were furious when Hamir Seng was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Sharizan Lam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mujahid Lum in the 89th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Windlesham's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Albert Gopala Pillai fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Darren Chew fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sharizan Lam having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Darren Chew ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sharizan Lam was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lewisham United FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Windlesham.
