Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rifqi Ramachandran started the match with the kick off. When Rifqi Ramachandran came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Locksheath AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rifqi Ramachandran couldn't finish the play. Alexander Ramachandran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Falkenbergs FF's goalkeeper Hamir Shiong had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Ramachandran. In the 11th minute Rifqi Ramachandran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamir Shiong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alif Paine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamir Chong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hamir Shiong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Ramachandran in the 18th minute. Hamir Chong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Alif Paine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Rifqi Ramachandran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamir Shiong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamir Shiong made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Alexander Ramachandran sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 26 minutes, Hamir Chong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falkenbergs FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamir Chong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Ramachandran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Alexander Ramachandran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Locksheath AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Ramachandran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamir Shiong breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Wei Xuan Tee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexander Ramachandran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hamir Shiong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Falkenbergs FF getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Mark Shyan hit a great ball. Ong Chai, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The Falkenbergs FF fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Falkenbergs FF's Hamir Chong looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Locksheath AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Falkenbergs FF were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lee Chuan to make the kick off. Hamir Shiong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rifqi Ramachandran in the 54th minute of the match. After having played for 55 minutes, Alexander Ramachandran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locksheath AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexander Ramachandran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alexander Ramachandran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamir Chong's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alif Paine read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. When Alexander Chee fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Falkenbergs FF's protests and gave Alexander Chee a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Falkenbergs FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Ong Chai shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Muhammad Tuan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamir Shiong read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Alif Paine didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lee Chuan went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Hamir Shiong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rifqi Ramachandran in the 77th minute of play. If Alexander Ramachandran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Falkenbergs FF getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Mark Shyan hit a great ball. In the 98thth minute of the game Alexander Ramachandran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Falkenbergs FF's Hamir Shiong was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
