The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The score was now 1-1. Muhammad Hoe's late challenge caught a Tenterden's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Muhammad Hoe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st match minute, Standish AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muhammad Hoe to maneuver through the defense. Frank Crowther received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Danial Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danial Cheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlton Webster, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 46th minute, Carlton Webster got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlton Webster in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danial Cheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The wind increased when Alam Boon made the kick off in the second half. Frank Crowther sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carlton Webster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Danial Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Clive Ning fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Standish AFC's protests and gave Clive Ning a yellow card for diving instead. Frank Crowther fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danial Cheng having to interfere. Caleb Wishart charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caleb Wishart the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tenterden getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Tenterden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Standish AFC the free kick. Daniz Sum, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mohammad Butcher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Mickey Barnes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tenterden's Alf Preston got a free kick in the 86th minute. Alam Boon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mickey Barnes having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Carlton Webster reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Danial Cheng. The goal made the score 1-2. The Tenterden players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
