The referee ignored Biggin Hill United's protests and gave Len Kerr a yellow card for diving instead. Len Kerr hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Malcolm Cotterill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zafran Seng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malcolm Cotterill was a little too slow when Sajeev Peng got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Zafran Seng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Guildford AFC's Teodoro Magalhães ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Malcolm Cotterill. Malcolm Cotterill yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. 33 minutes into the game, Zafran Seng lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Malcolm Cotterill. 36 minutes into the game, Rich Westwood was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Biggin Hill United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guildford AFC the free kick. In the 36th match minute, Biggin Hill United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rich Westwood to maneuver through the defense. Biggin Hill United's Harvey Thompson pulled a muscle in his back after 37 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 39 played minutes Guildford AFC got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Magalhães. After 44 minutes of play, Guildford AFC's Zafran Seng made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Malcolm Cotterill was left in no man's land by his defense there! 47 minutes into the match, Zafran Seng had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Malcolm Cotterill. Biggin Hill United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zafran Seng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zafran Seng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Teodoro Magalhães made a precise shot to the right of Malcolm Cotterill. Biggin Hill United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Didi Chong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Didi Chong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Biggin Hill United booed when Guildford AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sharizan Leng didn't get a good kick on the ball.
