Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bakar Devan made the kick off which started today's match. Ang Seng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Rifki Lim made a huge save. In the 6th minute, Manor Park's Bakar Devan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rifki Lim. Rifki Lim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jonathan Chandran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Toa Payoh Town's Bryan Seah got a free kick in the 15th minute. Rifki Lim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faris Phua, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Khairil Mathews took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Chandran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Jonathan Chandran made a precise shot to the right of Khairil Mathews. Manor Park's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 33rd minute, Jonathan Chandran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khairil Mathews was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Rifki Lim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faris Phua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Khairil Mathews made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Chandran in the 37th minute of play. Bakar Devan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Faris Phua got free with Rifki Lim in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the game, Bakar Devan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manor Park's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toa Payoh Town the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Manor Park was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakar Devan to maneuver through the defense. Khairil Mathews took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Chandran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 48th minute, Faris Phua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Toa Payoh Town were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rifki Lim was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Khairil Mathews made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Jonathan Chandran sent off a good shot on target. Rifki Lim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albert Seng's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Toa Payoh Town's Rifki Lim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ang Seng in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute Bakar Devan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rifki Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toa Payoh Town's Jonathan Chandran got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faris Phua in the 82nd minute of play forced Toa Payoh Town's goalkeeper Rifki Lim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Toa Payoh Town getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Afiz Siang hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Manor Park's Faris Phua got a free kick in the 97th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Manor Park had won after a very even match.
