Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rockport's SK Yeo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Bakar Devan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ryan Kang. Bakar Devan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With his leg Ryan Kang managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Manor Park's Albert Seng fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ang Seng got free with Ryan Kang in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bakar Devan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ryan Kang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Famih Yip got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Khairil Mathews showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Laycock, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Faris Phua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Famih Yip notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Manor Park's Khairil Mathews. Khairil Mathews was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute Zafran Hian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khairil Mathews saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faris Phua struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Ryan Kang didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manor Park. Khairil Mathews showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zafran Hian, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Khairil Mathews made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Kool in the 33rd minute of play. Manor Park's Faris Phua got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aziz Tuan charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aziz Tuan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Manor Park's Khairil Mathews played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by SK Yeo in the 39th minute of play. Khairil Mathews took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zafran Hian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Zafran Hian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khairil Mathews saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by SK Yeo in the 45th minute of play forced Manor Park's goalkeeper Khairil Mathews to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ryan Kang was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Bakar Devan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bakar Devan really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bakar Devan made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Rockport's SK Yeo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by SK Yeo in the 60th minute of play forced Manor Park's goalkeeper Khairil Mathews to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Manor Park's Khairil Mathews got control of the ball when Zafran Hian tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Famih Yip during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Famih Yip kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Danial Kool's late challenge caught a Manor Park's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danial Kool helped the player get up and apologised. Danial Kool hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 75 minutes, Prime Ning mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manor Park and the Rockport players grew even worse after the yellow card. 74 minutes into the game, one of Manor Park:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Khairil Mathews, was totally fooled by Rockport's Gabriel Singh, who 76 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ryan Kang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Seng in the 82nd minute of the match. Zafran Hian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Khairil Mathews made a huge save. Khairil Mathews came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Rockport's SK Yeo. But to his dismay, SK Yeo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Khairil Mathews made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danial Kool in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Bakar Devan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Ryan Kang was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ryan Kang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bakar Devan, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Rockport's Zafran Hian got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Albert Seng fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manor Park's protests and gave Albert Seng a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Manor Park's Albert Seng got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute Gabriel Singh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khairil Mathews saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Famih Yip took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Khairil Mathews to make any attempt to save it. The Rockport supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rockport would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
