Spectators: 8574 (Terracing: 6432, Seating: 1971, VIP seats: 171) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Danial Shiong started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danial Shiong during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonio Olozagoitia got free with Amir Dyce in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles McQuarrie in the 14th minute of play forced Hexham United's goalkeeper Amir Dyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Maylandseasky booed when Hexham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dale Lim didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute Antonio Olozagoitia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amir Dyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Maylandseasky's Antonio Olozagoitia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amir Dyce narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Antonio Olozagoitia could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Amir Dyce however easily saved by the left post. In the 32nd minute Maylandseasky were awarded a corner. Lucrețiu Giosu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Maylandseasky's Lucrețiu Giosu to fire away a dangerous shot which Amir Dyce despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Charles McQuarrie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amir Dyce, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Hexham United's Ronn Siang got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute, Hexham United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antonio Olozagoitia fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Olozagoitia in the 39th minute of play forced Hexham United's goalkeeper Amir Dyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd match minute, Maylandseasky was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Ramachandran to maneuver through the defense. Charles McQuarrie had several of the Hexham United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Amir Dyce as he didn't even see the shot coming. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Olozagoitia to strike the kick off in the second half. Charles McQuarrie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maylandseasky's Daniel Ludzia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Maylandseasky from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Maylandseasky getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Asiz Teo hit a great ball. In the 68th match minute, Maylandseasky was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Ramachandran to maneuver through the defense. Felix Hee kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Jonathan Ramachandran's late challenge caught a Hexham United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Ramachandran helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Maylandseasky's Jonathan Ramachandran got a free kick in the 79th minute. Maylandseasky's Daniel Ludzia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Maylandseasky from getting a goal against them. After 82 minutes of play, Maylandseasky's Antonio Olozagoitia made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amir Dyce was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute, Charles McQuarrie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amir Dyce was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Amir Dyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Olozagoitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Hexham United defense, Antonio Olozagoitia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amir Dyce. The Hexham United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amir Dyce should have stopped the shot. Maylandseasky walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
