Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Danial Shiong took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Hexham United's goal looked a bit too open when Afiq Ee came free, but Amir Dyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sarb Wah charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sarb Wah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee gave Holford United a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Shah Ee, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hexham United's Amir Dyce. 0-1. Amir Dyce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afiq Ee's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 17th minute, Afiq Ee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 19th minute Afiq Ee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amir Dyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Holford United's Gara Tuan got a free kick in the 26th minute. Ong Sarangapani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amir Dyce having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Danial Shiong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Famih Henderson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 40 played minutes Hexham United got a freekick which was hit by Ronn Siang. Afiq Ee's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amir Dyce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Hexham United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ryan Tian in the 45th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Afiq Ee put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Amir Dyce. After a rather tough play, Holford United's Tan Shyan got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Holford United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ryan Tian was slow to take the kick. During this time Hexham United's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ryan Tian got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Famih Henderson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dale Lim kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Ronn Siang hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Muhammad Singh in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hexham United's Dale Lim. Danial Shiong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Famih Henderson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Hexham United's goalkeeper Amir Dyce had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Afiq Ee. In the 83rd minute of the match Jonathan Abdul shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Famih Henderson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 86 played minutes Hexham United got a freekick which was hit by Ronn Siang. Afiq Ee's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amir Dyce read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Holford United's Ong Sarangapani dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Holford United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
