Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Azam Lee took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Shafiq Chew fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Princes Risborough's protests and gave Shafiq Chew a yellow card for diving instead. When Shafiq Chew was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 7 minutes had been played. The supporters of Lewes booed when Princes Risborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shafiq Chew didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Prime Choy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gage Seng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darren Lum in the 12th minute of play. In the 14thth minute of the game Azam Lee who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lewes's Prime Namasivayam was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Azam Lee in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prime Namasivayam saved Lewes from getting behind. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Zak Wenyong put in a rough tackle. If Mohammad Rajah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the game, Lewes's Tan Shiong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gage Seng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Gage Seng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tan Shiong in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Tan Shiong hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Darren Lum was the one to do the kick off. Shahron Lam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Prime Namasivayam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 62 played minutes Lewes got a freekick which was hit by Darren Lum. In the 72nd minute, Darren Lum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gage Seng was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Prime Choy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gage Seng having to interfere. After 80 minutes, Shafiq Kool mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Princes Risborough and the Lewes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Shafiq Kool hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sarb Cho hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Tan Shiong got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sarb Cho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the Princes Risborough players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lewes.
