Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Faizal Hsi made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Portchester booed when Braunton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ang Gopala Pillai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Portchester's Aziz Nagasaki got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ong Low stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aziz Nagasaki's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Darren Braddell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clive Low in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute Faizal Hsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darren Braddell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shafiq Tian in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Darren Braddell saved Portchester from getting behind. After 16 played minutes Braunton got a freekick which was hit by Ang Gopala Pillai. Ong Low made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shafiq Tee in the 17th minute of play. Ong Low didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Portchester's Aziz Nagasaki shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Shafiq Tian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Darren Braddell made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Braunton's zone, Gabriel Siong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ong Low came out of the goal and Gabriel Siong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Braunton's goal looked a bit too open when Shafiq Tee came free, but Ong Low reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ong Low showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shafiq Tee, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Shafiq Tee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portchester's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shafiq Tee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45thth minute of the game Aziz Nagasaki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Braunton's Ong Low was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 48 minutes into the game, Portchester's Shafiq Tee nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ong Low made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Portchester's Gabriel Kool got a free kick in the 60th minute. Shafiq Tee might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ong Low. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shafiq Tee ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 67th minute Aziz Nagasaki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ong Low saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azly Sarangapani kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Darren Braddell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamir Chuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Gabriel Siong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portchester fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Aziz Nagasaki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Ong Low when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Shafiq Tee in the 81st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Ong Low kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-6 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shafiq Tee got free with Ong Low in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Darren Braddell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faizal Hsi in the 87th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Faizal Hsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darren Braddell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Faizal Hsi notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Portchester's Darren Braddell. Darren Braddell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Darren Braddell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shafiq Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Ong Low showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aziz Nagasaki in the 99th minute of the match. Portchester's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
