Spectators: 8499 (Terracing: 6375, Seating: 1955, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aziz Rajah started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Saltaire's zone, Gabriel Nagasaki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karim Ghazi came out of the goal and Gabriel Nagasaki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Saltaire's 龚明宁 in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dartsmouth United's goalie prevented a goal. When Aziz Rajah came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Saltaire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aziz Rajah couldn't finish the play. Aziz Rajah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamir Hock having to interfere. 龚明宁 scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hamir Hock, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gara Laycock during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Saltaire booed when Dartsmouth United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gara Laycock didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gabriel Nagasaki fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dartsmouth United's protests and gave Gabriel Nagasaki a yellow card for diving instead. Gabriel Nagasaki kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After having played for 36 minutes, 龚明宁 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saltaire's supporters crossed their fingers, but 龚明宁 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aziz Rajah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamir Hock having to interfere. The Dartsmouth United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Saltaire were winning 0-1.

Karim Ghazi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Nagasaki in the 51st minute of play. Dartsmouth United's Hamir Hock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aziz Rajah in the 55th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Aziz Rajah took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Hamir Hock to make any attempt to save it. Aziz Rajah who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Hamir Hock when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Azly Seng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dartsmouth United's Hamir Hock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aziz Rajah in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, 龚明宁 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamir Hock was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 龚明宁 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamir Hock having to interfere. 龚明宁 had several of the Dartsmouth United's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Hamir Hock as he didn't even see the shot coming. 88 minutes into the match, Dartsmouth United's goal looked a bit too open when Aziz Rajah came free, but Hamir Hock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamir Hock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aziz Rajah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aziz Rajah in the 94th minute of play forced Dartsmouth United's goalkeeper Hamir Hock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aziz Rajah in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamir Hock saved Dartsmouth United from getting behind. Saltaire's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
