With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hafriz Siang in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Seng saved Ipplepens from getting behind. Afriz Pieng scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Seng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rifki Nair could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Jerry Tan made a huge save. Afriz Pieng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Seng having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Ipplepens's goal looked a bit too open when Hafriz Siang came free, but Samuel Seng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th match minute, Camden AF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hafriz Siang to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Ipplepens's Jerry Tan threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Darryl Hock, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Camden AF getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Afriz Pieng hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rifki Nair got free with Jerry Tan in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Afriz Pieng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hafriz Siang in the 29th minute of play forced Ipplepens's goalkeeper Samuel Seng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Khairil Liang during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Samuel Seng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hafriz Siang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lamar Koh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rifqi Chai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Ipplepens's goal looked a bit too open when Rifqi Chai came free, but Samuel Seng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hafriz Siang was the one to do the kick off. Lamar Koh helped the player get up and apologised. After 60 played minutes Camden AF got a freekick which was hit by Lamar Koh. In the 61st minute of the match Afiz Tioe shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jerry Tan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Camden AF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rifqi Chai to maneuver through the defense. Hafriz Siang's late challenge caught a Ipplepens's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ipplepens's Darryl Hock got a free kick in the 71st minute. Camden AF's Jerry Tan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rifki Nair in the 75th minute of play. After 77 minutes, Shahiran Siang mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Camden AF and the Ipplepens players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes Camden AF got a freekick which was hit by Shahiran Siang. After a rather tough play, Camden AF's Lamar Koh got a free kick in the 88th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Ipplepens's Firdauz Nagasaki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jerry Tan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The throw-in from Mujahid Siang in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Camden AF's Lamar Koh. When the match was over Camden AF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ipplepens throughout the match.
