Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ron Tan started the match with the kick off. Ron Tan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gara Seng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Muhammad Kool was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Great Leighs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Worcester the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 10th minute of the game. One of Great Leighs:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Worcester:s goal. The referee gave Worcester a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Noh Butcher, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Great Leighs's Gara Seng. 0-1. In the 20th minute, Ryan Butcher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anil Chai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Anil Lam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Worcester's zone, Anil Chai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anil Lam came out of the goal and Anil Chai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ron Tan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Great Leighs booed when Worcester was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noh Butcher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Great Leighs's Sajeev Politiek shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Anil Lam but with some difficulty.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anil Chai to make the kick off. If Ron Tan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anil Chai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anil Lam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Sajeev Politiek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Danial Phua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71stth minute of the game Ron Tan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Great Leighs's Gara Seng was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anil Chai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ron Tan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gara Seng having to interfere. Ron Tan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Gara Seng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iskandar Chandran hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Anil Chai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Anil Lam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Worcester got a freekick which was hit by Iskandar Chandran. The Great Leighs supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Worcester's performance. The match ended with a win for Worcester.
