Spectators: 9289 (Terracing: 6968, Seating: 2136, VIP seats: 185) LiverBird Flyers FC's Edinho de Senna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edinho de Senna had several of the Stoke Poges's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 3 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Sean Keng as he didn't even see the shot coming. Edinho de Senna struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Sean Keng didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LiverBird Flyers FC. Carl Grimes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Faizal Teo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. With his leg Sean Keng managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when LiverBird Flyers FC's Edinho de Senna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 24 minutes into the game, Edinho de Senna recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sean Keng. Edinho de Senna showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Carl Grimes took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Sean Keng to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute, LiverBird Flyers FC's Edinho de Senna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sean Keng. Sean Keng yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 33 minutes into the game, LiverBird Flyers FC's Edinho de Senna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sean Keng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Stoke Poges's Wei Xuan Tuan got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Edinho de Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Carl Grimes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edinho de Senna in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sean Keng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute, Carl Grimes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sean Keng was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After 62 minutes, Ong Chee mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LiverBird Flyers FC and the Stoke Poges players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Stoke Poges booed when LiverBird Flyers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ong Chee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sean Keng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carl Grimes's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asiz Leng in the 67th minute of play forced Stoke Poges's goalkeeper Sean Keng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in LiverBird Flyers FC's zone, Khairul Hee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alam Wah came out of the goal and Khairul Hee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sean Keng stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edinho de Senna's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 80th minute, Carl Grimes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sean Keng was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. The LiverBird Flyers FC fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when LiverBird Flyers FC's Carl Grimes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Carl Grimes came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the LiverBird Flyers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carl Grimes couldn't finish the play. If Edinho de Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Grimes scored 11-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sean Keng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
