Spectators: 9274 (Terracing: 6957, Seating: 2133, VIP seats: 184) After a defensive mix-up in Geadling's zone, Ong Chong stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steven Lum came out of the goal and Ong Chong tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sílvio Luís Munhoz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Steven Lum when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 8 minutes into the game, Jonathan Chong was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geadling's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AMED the free kick. After 8 played minutes Geadling got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Chong. With a little luck, Geadling's Steven Lum got control of the ball when Sílvio Luís Munhoz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th minute, Sílvio Luís Munhoz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute, one of Geadling:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Geadling. Steven Lum had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Ong Chong's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Ong Chong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Steven Lum was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute of the match, Sílvio Luís Munhoz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Steven Lum was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Steven Lum made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Sílvio Luís Munhoz sent off a good shot on target. After 23 played minutes AMED got a freekick which was hit by Ronn Hsi. With a little luck, Geadling's Steven Lum got control of the ball when Sílvio Luís Munhoz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Steven Lum didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Tioe went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Geadling getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Shah Ning hit a great ball. Sílvio Luís Munhozs short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Steven Lum to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Steven Lum made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Sílvio Luís Munhoz sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Sílvio Luís Munhoz took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Steven Lum to make any attempt to save it. The AMED fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when AMED's Sílvio Luís Munhoz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 43rd minute, Haziq Ee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

Felix Tioe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Steven Lum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sílvio Luís Munhoz took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steven Lum. Steven Lum dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. After 57 played minutes Geadling got a freekick which was hit by Lee Gopala Pillai. Haziq Ee hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Steven Lum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sílvio Luís Munhoz's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. When Ong Chong came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the AMED fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ong Chong couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd match minute, Geadling was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lee Gopala Pillai to maneuver through the defense. Gică Drumeș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Steven Lum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Tioe in the 84th minute of play forced Geadling's goalkeeper Steven Lum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Steven Lum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Drumeș, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 93 minutes into the game, AMED's Gică Drumeș nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Steven Lum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AMED had played much better football throughout.
