He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mirfield United fc reached it. Jonathan Tian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khairil Lim, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shafiq Hsi got free with Jonathan Hong in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Khairil Lim was the one to do the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Faizal Tuan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eltham's Jonathan Tian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 55 played minutes Eltham got a freekick which was hit by Amirul Tioe. Mirfield United fc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
