Sílvio Luís Munhoz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Afiq Hongyi made a huge save. Sílvio Luís Munhoz took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Afiq Hongyi. Afiq Hongyi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Sílvio Luís Munhoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in 苏州觅香足球俱乐部's zone, Azam Pieng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afiq Hongyi came out of the goal and Azam Pieng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Gică Drumeș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afiq Hongyi was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Afiq Hongyi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Drumeș in the 96th minute of play. AMED's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
