Spectators: 8970 (Terracing: 6800, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 170) Shahiran Chee started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Wei Xuan Phua took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Steven Lum. Steven Lum dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amirul Chong during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Dunton Green got a freekick which was hit by Amirul Chong. The long shot by Ong Choo in the 18th minute really tested Shukrie Kool's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Dunton Green's Wei Xuan Phua got a free kick in the 21st minute. Alan Shyan hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The free kick made by Geadling's Alan Shyan led to a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Zak Rajah, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Steven Lum didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Dunton Green's Tan Tee shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Wei Xuan Phua recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tan Tee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Steven Lum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Dunton Green booed when Geadling was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Shyan didn't get a good kick on the ball.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Zak Rajah in the 52nd minute of play forced Geadling's goalkeeper Steven Lum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Tan Tee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zak Rajah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Steven Lum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geadling's Alan Shyan got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Alan Shyan off the ground. Alan Shyan kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Zak Rajah blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Steven Lum having to make a save. Wei Xuan Phua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Steven Lum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tan Tee's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. When Wei Xuan Phua came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Dunton Green fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wei Xuan Phua couldn't finish the play. Geadling's Steven Lum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tan Tee in the 75th minute of play. Tan Tee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80thth minute of the game Tan Tee who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Geadling's Steven Lum was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Tan Tee managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dunton Green's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tan Tee was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tan Tee in the 95th minute of play forced Geadling's goalkeeper Steven Lum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Geadling's Afiz Phua got a free kick in the 95th minute. Dunton Green played a much better game than Geadling and deserved their victory. The Geadling players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
