Seating: 2128, VIP seats: 184) Revengers's Prime Chan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Prime Chan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rudy Liang struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Claudiu Leahu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ken FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerard Dyce during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ken FC's Gerard Dyce got a free kick in the 9th minute. Ken FC's Azly Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anil Siong in the 11th minute of play. Azly Teo came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Revengers's Prime Chan. But to his dismay, Prime Chan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Revengers's goalkeeper Claudiu Leahu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rudy Liang. Rudy Liang kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 16thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Revengers's keeper Claudiu Leahu was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. 17 minutes into the match, Prime Chan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Azly Teo. Ken FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prime Chan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Anil Siong hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Prime Chan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Azly Teo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Didi Swee fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ken FC's protests and gave Didi Swee a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ken FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Didi Swee hit a great ball. Azly Teo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anil Siong's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. If Prime Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prime Chan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azly Teo having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Jonathan Sim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ken FC's Azly Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Merlin Gopala Pillai in the 44th minute of play. Ken FC's Gerard Dyce got his second yellow card of the match in the 44th minute. The referee ordered Gerard Dyce off the ground. A collision led to Ken FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Gerard Dyce hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Lum to strike the kick off in the second half. Azly Teo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shahron Vijiaratnam in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Anil Siong made a precise shot to the right of Azly Teo. Ken FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 61st minute, Azly Leng fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Prime Chan got in the 62nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Azly Teo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. If Azly Leng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Merlin Gopala Pillai's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Azly Teo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. When Alif Laycock fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ken FC's protests and gave Alif Laycock a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th minute, Alif Laycock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prime Chan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Revengers's Anil Siong slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Azly Teo. That made the score 0-6 after 71 minutes of play. If Prime Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ken FC's Didi Swee got his second yellow card of the match in the 75th minute. The referee ordered Didi Swee off the ground. A collision led to Ken FC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Didi Swee hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Azly Leng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anil Siong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azly Teo having to interfere. If Prime Chan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anil Siong scored 0-7 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Azly Teo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ken FC's goalkeeper Azly Teo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Anil Siong ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Azly Teo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anil Siong got free with Azly Teo in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute, Sharizan Abdul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Azly Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prime Chan in the 95th minute of play. Revengers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
