Perry Booth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igme Querimit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jovin Sanqui kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Papi Masibay in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Perry Booth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Papi Masibay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Adolph Tumanda got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Llaban got free with Perry Booth in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perry Booth stood somewhat misplaced when Papi Masibay came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 36 minute. 40 minutes into the match, Igme Querimit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Perry Booth. VIRGIN BREAKERS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igme Querimit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Papi Masibay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Perry Booth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Magtanggol Esperanza to strike the kick off in the second half. Lloyd Lauzon struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Perry Booth didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manila Bears. Igme Querimit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Perry Booth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Papi Masibay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, VIRGIN BREAKERS's Christopher Gatmaitan got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Papi Masibay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Perry Booth was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Allen Paranpan took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Perry Booth. Perry Booth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Papi Masibay in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Perry Booth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81stth minute of the game Papi Masibay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VIRGIN BREAKERS's Perry Booth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Igme Querimit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in VIRGIN BREAKERS's zone, Papi Masibay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perry Booth came out of the goal and Papi Masibay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Allen Paranpan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Perry Booth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes VIRGIN BREAKERS got a freekick which was hit by Roel Tuico. In the 92nd minute Manila Bears were awarded a corner. Lloyd Lauzon went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Manila Bears's corner Lloyd Lauzon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Perry Booth quite easily take care of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Manila Bears fully deserved thier win.
