Spectators: 7976 (Terracing: 5990, Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 150) asdfc's Bonifacio Tumanda started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Papi Masibay in the 4th minute of play forced asdfc's goalkeeper Wiley Abayari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manila Bears's Papi Masibay got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adolph Tumanda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiley Abayari having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Bonifacio Tumanda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th match minute, asdfc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willis Joson to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Manila Bears's Oscar Dacalcap got a free kick in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Pearl Sabangan could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Ali Vinoray however easily saved by the left post. Ali Vinoray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Tumanda in the 22nd minute of the match. When Reynante Cabael came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Manila Bears fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynante Cabael couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Papi Masibay put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wiley Abayari. Adolph Tumanda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manila Bears's Igme Querimit got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to asdfc getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Lloyd Cabanting hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the game, Lloyd Lauzon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Wiley Abayari was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 47 minutes into the match, Manila Bears's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Tumanda came free, but Ali Vinoray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

asdfc's Wiley Abayari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save asdfc from getting a goal against them. Adolph Tumanda struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Wiley Abayari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manila Bears. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Igme Querimit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manila Bears's supporters rose to their feet, but Igme Querimit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wiley Abayari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wiley Abayari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Papi Masibay in the 61st minute of the match. In the 64th match minute, Manila Bears was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igme Conlu to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pearl Sabangan in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Vinoray prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ali Vinoray came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by asdfc's Pearl Sabangan. But to his dismay, Pearl Sabangan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 80 minutes into the match, Manila Bears's Adolph Tumanda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wiley Abayari narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Papi Masibay got in the 83rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Wiley Abayari handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With his leg Wiley Abayari managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Manila Bears's Papi Masibay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Bonifacio Tumanda fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored asdfc's protests and gave Bonifacio Tumanda a yellow card for diving instead. After 95 played minutes Manila Bears got a freekick which was hit by Reynante Cabael. In the 96th minute of the match Guy Garcia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ali Vinoray skillfully saved the ball. Manila Bears played a much better game than asdfc and deserved their victory. The asdfc players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
