Marshall Ortega yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. After some careless play in the Tingley defense, Maurice Francisco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Harry Singson. The Tingley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Harry Singson should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Tingley's Jerome Younghusband got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Bernard Deonzon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Harry Singson. Tingley's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luisito Vinzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marshall Ortega having to interfere. A collision led to Tingley getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Homobono Dimzon hit a great ball. Montenegro Hartmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Montenegro Hartmann was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Siongco in the 54th minute of play forced Salisbury United's goalkeeper Marshall Ortega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salisbury United's Marshall Ortega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquilino Siongco in the 62nd minute of play.
