Aquilino Siongco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Homobono Pasquin having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Unibet Football Club's zone, Aquilino Siongco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Homobono Pasquin came out of the goal and Aquilino Siongco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Tingley booed when Unibet Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shaq Inclan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hernandez Pacpaco was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Homobono Dimzon struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Homobono Pasquin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tingley. After a rather tough play, Unibet Football Club's Horace Ubanan got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Luisito Vinzon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unibet Football Club's Homobono Pasquin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Luisito Vinzon notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Unibet Football Club's Homobono Pasquin. Homobono Pasquin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquilino Siongco in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Homobono Pasquin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Tingley were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aquilino Siongco made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Unibet Football Club's Jojo Amurao got a free kick in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Tingley's Hernandez Pacpaco broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 58 minutes into the match, Unibet Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Siongco came free, but Homobono Pasquin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abusayyaff Buyco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abusayyaff Buyco in the 67th minute of play forced Tingley's goalkeeper Harry Singson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Luisito Vinzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luisito Vinzon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Homobono Pasquin made a huge save. After 81 minutes, Oliverio Golez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unibet Football Club and the Tingley players grew even worse after the yellow card. Homobono Pasquin went to the wrong direction when Hernandez Pacpaco was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Homobono Pasquin stood somewhat misplaced when Aquilino Siongco came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 87 minute. After having played for 92 minutes, Luisito Vinzon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tingley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Vinzon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Luisito Vinzon came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Tingley fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisito Vinzon couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Tingley left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Unibet Football Club.
