Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anton Lauzon started the match with the kick off. Oscar Henson kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Yambot in the 7th minute of play forced Eastcote's goalkeeper Cristoval Golez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Tagay during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francisco Tagay kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. When Randy Singson fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chosen Ones's protests and gave Randy Singson a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Chosen Ones got a freekick which was hit by Randy Singson. Leonardo Yambot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristoval Golez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. With a little luck, Chosen Ones's Rommel Albano got control of the ball when Anton Lauzon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, Anton Lauzon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Rommel Albano managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Eastcote's Anton Lauzon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sonny Paredes hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Chosen Ones's Rommel Albano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Chosen Ones from getting a goal against them. If Anton Lauzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rommel Albano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anton Lauzon in the 36th minute. Anton Lauzon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Eastcote defense, Alva Pasquin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristoval Golez. The Eastcote fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristoval Golez should have stopped the shot. Cristoval Golez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Yambot in the 46th minute of the match. Cristoval Golez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Randy Singson in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Yambot made a kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Oscar Henson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rommel Albano skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Heherson Sablon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rommel Albano was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Rommel Albano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Bisaya in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Yambot in the 62nd minute of play forced Eastcote's goalkeeper Cristoval Golez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norberto Bisaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Rommel Albano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Anton Lauzon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eastcote's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Lauzon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rommel Albano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Chosen Ones booed when Eastcote was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clayton Merlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Randy Singson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristoval Golez. Eastcote's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Randy Singson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 95 minutes, Clayton Merlin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eastcote and the Chosen Ones players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 96 played minutes Eastcote got a freekick which was hit by Clayton Merlin. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chosen Ones eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
