The tension between the Sarimanok FC and the Ragudos Stars F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 3rd minute of the game. One of Sarimanok FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ragudos Stars F.C.:s goal. The referee gave Ragudos Stars F.C. a penalty, 5 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Angelito Batoon, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sarimanok FC's Gregoria Jocson. 0-1. Bern Bayquin struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Rizalino Lagbas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarimanok FC. Nataniel Tumanda took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregoria Jocson. Gregoria Jocson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to Sarimanok FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Vaughn Burgess hit a great ball. Hugh Ayson kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Ragudos Stars F.C.'s Angelito Batoon couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sarimanok FC. Rizalino Lagbas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ora Gustilo in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30thth minute of the game Nataniel Tumanda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarimanok FC's Gregoria Jocson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Ragudos Stars F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ora Gustilo came free, but Rizalino Lagbas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ora Gustilo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rizalino Lagbas having to interfere. With a little luck, Ragudos Stars F.C.'s Rizalino Lagbas got control of the ball when Bern Bayquin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gregoria Jocson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nataniel Tumanda in the 39th minute of play. Rizalino Lagbas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bern Bayquin went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nataniel Tumanda to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Warren Quengua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 59 played minutes Ragudos Stars F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Dave Sumalde. After a defensive mix-up in Ragudos Stars F.C.'s zone, Bern Bayquin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rizalino Lagbas came out of the goal and Bern Bayquin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregoria Jocson made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Dave Sumalde sent off a good shot on target. Leonard Salvador kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Dave Sumalde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregoria Jocson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Leonard Salvador hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Gregoria Jocson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nataniel Tumanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarimanok FC's goalkeeper Gregoria Jocson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Dave Sumalde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ora Gustilo kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sarimanok FC's zone, Nataniel Tumanda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gregoria Jocson came out of the goal and Nataniel Tumanda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Sarimanok FC's Gregoria Jocson got control of the ball when Dave Sumalde tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bern Bayquin in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rizalino Lagbas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Ragudos Stars F.C. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
