Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Banbury FC's Dave Nogoy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Jose Latap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Bonzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 3rd match minute, Banbury FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willie Sia to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Dave Nogoy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Efren Sangil. The goal made the score 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Austin Naguit managed to get in a good position for a shot. Banbury FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Austin Naguit was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efren Sangil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Banbury FC's goalkeeper Leonides Bonzon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valtinas F.C.'s Efren Sangil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Nogoy in the 26th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Valtinas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrew Chavez to maneuver through the defense. Dave Nogoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Latap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Leonides Bonzon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonides Bonzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Latap, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Banbury FC's zone, Max Nogoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Bonzon came out of the goal and Max Nogoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Latap sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Latap to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Banbury FC's goalkeeper Leonides Bonzon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Max Nogoy did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Leonides Bonzon 57 minutes into the match. Alva Omaga hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If Max Nogoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Valtinas F.C. booed when Banbury FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Allado didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Valtinas F.C.'s Jose Latap slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leonides Bonzon. That made the score 1-2 after 87 minutes of play. 90 minutes into the match, Banbury FC's Austin Naguit sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efren Sangil narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Banbury FC's Leonides Bonzon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Banbury FC from getting a goal against them. Max Nogoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Leonides Bonzon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Banbury FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Valtinas F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Valtinas F.C..
