Florentino Yambot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Monroe Quimpo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Bedlington AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florence Yengko to maneuver through the defense. In the 42ndth minute of the game Florentino Yambot who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hinckley's Monroe Quimpo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Florentino Yambot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bedlington AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Florentino Yambot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Monroe Quimpo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Bedlington AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florentino Yambot to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Bedlington AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Montrelle Magadap came free, but Rambo Quinot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes Bedlington AFC got a freekick which was hit by Montrelle Baylon. Hinckley's Monroe Quimpo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Yambot in the 81st minute of play. After 83 minutes, Florentino Yambot made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Hinckley's Monroe Quimpo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florentino Yambot in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Monroe Quimpo saved Hinckley from getting behind. Florence Yengko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Monroe Quimpo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 played minutes Hinckley got a freekick which was hit by Jack Margarse. When the final whistle sounded Bedlington AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hinckley.
