After 6 played minutes Harvington AFC got a freekick which was hit by Honoratas Palisoc. Carlomagno Allado succeeded in the game's 7th minute to get real power on a long shot . Harvington AFC's Sonny Salenda hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 0-1! After a defensive mix-up in Banbury FC's zone, Hernando Licuanan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Bonzon came out of the goal and Hernando Licuanan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sonny Salenda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Austin Naguit in the 15th minute of the match. Harvington AFC's Sonny Salenda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Austin Naguit in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Dave Nogoy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sonny Salenda. Harvington AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dave Nogoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 34thth minute of the game Popcorn Bunsoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Banbury FC's Leonides Bonzon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Luzvimindo Caruscay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Banbury FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Harvington AFC the free kick. A nice corner shot did that Maurice Salarila got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leonides Bonzon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 38 played minutes Banbury FC got a freekick which was hit by Austin Naguit. Leonides Bonzon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ray Tangco went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dave Nogoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Harvington AFC's goalkeeper Sonny Salenda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Banbury FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernando Licuanan came free, but Leonides Bonzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Harvington AFC's goalkeeper Sonny Salenda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leonides Bonzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Popcorn Bunsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfred Dolera hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Banbury FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlomagno Allado in the 65th minute. In the 69th minute Popcorn Bunsoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Bonzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dave Nogoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Sonny Salenda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Banbury FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Willie Sia hit a great ball. In the 84th match minute, Banbury FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Nogoy to maneuver through the defense. Dave Nogoy struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Sonny Salenda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Banbury FC. Hernando Licuanan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luzvimindo Caruscay was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 93rd match minute, Banbury FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luzvimindo Caruscay to maneuver through the defense. Leonides Bonzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Popcorn Bunsoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Harvington AFC's Hernando Licuanan in the 99th minute got a chance for a shot 99th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Banbury FC's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Banbury FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
