United City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florentino Yambot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some careless play in the Bedlington AFC defense, Emelio Pasinabo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rambo Quinot. The Bedlington AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rambo Quinot should have stopped the shot. Florentino Yambot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the game, Visayas Manipula was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bedlington AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave United City the free kick. Visayas Manipula hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Rambo Quinot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xerex Cusi in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Bedlington AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Parapusle Dalugdugan to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Parapusle Dalugdugan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florentino Yambot might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eddie Lumbang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florentino Yambot ran back to his position shaking his head. Emelio Pasinabo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rambo Quinot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. If Florentino Yambot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to United City getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Gualterio Yalung hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florence Yengko got free with Eddie Lumbang in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eddie Lumbang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Yambot in the 48th minute of play.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Rogelio Vinoray managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bedlington AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Vinoray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Lumbang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florentino Yambot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eddie Lumbang having to make a save. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind United City's goalkeeper Eddie Lumbang, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Bedlington AFC's zone, Emelio Pasinabo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rambo Quinot came out of the goal and Emelio Pasinabo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Florentino Yambot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, United City's Hernandez Younghusband got a free kick in the 77th minute. Florentino Yambot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emelio Pasinabo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-2 in the 88th playminute. 91 minutes into the game, Ref Calilan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bedlington AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave United City the free kick. Ref Calilan hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emelio Pasinabo got free with Rambo Quinot in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florence Yengko in the 94th minute of play forced United City's goalkeeper Eddie Lumbang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Florence Yengko notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of United City's Eddie Lumbang. Eddie Lumbang was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the United City players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bedlington AFC.
