Spectators: 7495 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marshall Ruffy started the match with the kick off. Dogong Cusi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Montrelle Magadap in the 5th minute of the match. When Marshall Ruffy came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Grimsby Town FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marshall Ruffy couldn't finish the play. Dogong Cusi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Montrelle Magadap in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Adam Allado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Monroe Quimpo. Adam Allado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Monroe Quimpo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliciano Taasan in the 20th minute. Marshall Ruffy came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Monroe Quimpo could save by the left post. After having played for 31 minutes, Adam Allado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grimsby Town FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Allado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Hinckley's Monroe Quimpo got control of the ball when Marshall Ruffy tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Adam Allado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Feliciano Taasan made a precise shot to the right of Monroe Quimpo. Hinckley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Monroe Quimpo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adam Allado showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 42 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Montrelle Magadap during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Montrelle Magadap kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Montrelle Magadap to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Hinckley getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Arthur Dorlas hit a great ball. In the 52nd minute of the match Mike Albano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Monroe Quimpo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Montrelle Magadap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dogong Cusi having to interfere. Montrelle Magadap kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Marshall Ruffy made a precise shot to the right of Monroe Quimpo. Hinckley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Percy Calip during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Percy Calip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Marshall Ruffy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Monroe Quimpo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grimsby Town FC's Adam Allado got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marshall Ruffy took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Monroe Quimpo. Monroe Quimpo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After some careless play in the Hinckley defense, Adam Allado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Monroe Quimpo. The Hinckley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Monroe Quimpo should have stopped the shot. If Adam Allado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Allado in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Monroe Quimpo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Grimsby Town FC had played much better football throughout.
