Alve Quibola's late challenge caught a SupaStrikas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alve Quibola helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pirton getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Alve Quibola hit a great ball. In the 9th match minute, SupaStrikas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asi Buban to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, SupaStrikas's goal looked a bit too open when Oslec Caballero came free, but Jeff Jocson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21stth minute of the game Oslec Caballero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SupaStrikas's Jeff Jocson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Clint Deonzon fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SupaStrikas's protests and gave Clint Deonzon a yellow card for diving instead. Clint Deonzon hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Percy Bayquin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Jeff Jocson 23 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Asi Buban managed to get in a good position for a shot. SupaStrikas's supporters rose to their feet, but Asi Buban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Austin Yulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Austin Yulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugh Batungbacal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugh Batungbacal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Austin Yulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugh Batungbacal, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugh Batungbacal to make the kick off. After 51 minutes, Earnest Tabug mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pirton and the SupaStrikas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Pirton got a freekick which was hit by Earnest Tabug. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nataniel Bedic during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Pirton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nataniel Bedic to maneuver through the defense. Oslec Caballero scored 2-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeff Jocson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 68 played minutes SupaStrikas got a freekick which was hit by Clint Deonzon. Jeff Jocson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oslec Caballero in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Percy Bayquin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pirton's Austin Yulo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Pirton from getting a goal against them. Earnest Tabug was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of SupaStrikas booed when Pirton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Earnest Tabug didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Clodoveo Panaguinto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pirton's Austin Yulo didn't even have to move. With a little luck, Pirton's Austin Yulo got control of the ball when Asi Buban tried to sneak it across the goal line. Asi Buban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Austin Yulo having to interfere. Asi Buban in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Austin Yulo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pirton were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SupaStrikas for a fine match.
