Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Yao Duyan made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lance Bagadiong in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Szeke Hosseinzadeh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th match minute, Thanet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecil Jocson to maneuver through the defense. Lance Bagadiong fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szeke Hosseinzadeh having to interfere. If Yao Duyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute of the match Manuelo Mationg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nimrod Dulay skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Pilak FC's Nimrod Dulay got control of the ball when Oliverio Tanjangco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oliverio Tanjangcos short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Nimrod Dulay to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 36 minutes, Cecil Jocson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thanet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecil Jocson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cecil Jocson kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Pilak FC got a freekick which was hit by Bata Lagbas. Oliverio Tanjangco struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Nimrod Dulay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thanet. If Lance Bagadiong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elmer Delasin made a kick off. In the 54th minute Yao Duyan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szeke Hosseinzadeh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Elmer Delasin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Thanet's Oliverio Tanjangco in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pilak FC's goalie prevented a goal. Yao Duyan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pilak FC's Lance Bagadiong got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Lance Bagadiong could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Szeke Hosseinzadeh however easily saved by the left post. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Lance Bagadiong got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lance Bagadiong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Yao Duyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliverio Tanjangco scored 1-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nimrod Dulay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Yao Duyan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Szeke Hosseinzadeh having to make a save. Pilak FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
