Angelino Binayas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Phillip Cabanag in the 27th minute of the match. During the 28th minute of the match Earnest Maclang completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Earnest Maclang a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Clanfield getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Earnest Maclang hit a great ball. When Phillip Cabanag came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Newton on Ouse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Phillip Cabanag couldn't finish the play. Angelino Binayas came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Newton on Ouse's Wallace Lumungsod. But to his dismay, Wallace Lumungsod quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Phillip Cabanag managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newton on Ouse's supporters rose to their feet, but Phillip Cabanag was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelino Binayas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelino Binayas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wallace Lumungsod in the 40th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Elvin Guanlao in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Newton on Ouse's Leigh Ortega. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Regelio Marcellana made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Newton on Ouse's Eliezer Juagdan got a free kick in the 50th minute. 52 minutes into the match, Newton on Ouse's goal looked a bit too open when Regelio Marcellana came free, but Frederick Caballero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Phillip Cabanag managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wallace Lumungsod kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 66 minutes, Phillip Cabanag made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Clanfield's Angelino Binayas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelino Binayas came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Newton on Ouse's Wallace Lumungsod. But to his dismay, Wallace Lumungsod quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Wallace Lumungsod struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Angelino Binayas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Newton on Ouse. Angelino Binayas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Phillip Cabanag in the 80th minute. A collision led to Newton on Ouse getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Eliezer Juagdan hit a great ball.
