The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bert Mellendrez during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 played minutes GenSan got a freekick which was hit by Bert Mellendrez. When Gener Hosseinzadeh fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stallion Lake FC's protests and gave Gener Hosseinzadeh a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Gener Hosseinzadeh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pete Chavez's late challenge caught a Stallion Lake FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pete Chavez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GenSan's Pete Chavez got a free kick in the 35th minute. Edgar Palugod took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darren Belano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, GenSan's goal looked a bit too open when Irvine Garcia came free, but Edgar Palugod reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Irvine Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Palugod saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Darren Belano in the 52nd minute of play forced GenSan's goalkeeper Edgar Palugod to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelius Luzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romnick Sarigumba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Darren Belano ran back to his position shaking his head. Gener Hosseinzadeh hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Aurelius Luzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthewz Biazon, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, GenSan's goalkeeper Edgar Palugod had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Irvine Garcia. Matthewz Biazon made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Stallion Lake FC's Jojo Cabanag. Gener Hosseinzadeh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Edgar Palugod made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Stallion Lake FC's Wallace Padoan got a free kick in the 88th minute. After having played for 89 minutes, Bert Mellendrez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GenSan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bert Mellendrez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gener Hosseinzadeh got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 92nd match minute, Stallion Lake FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gener Hosseinzadeh to maneuver through the defense. Oliverios Lombos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Palugod showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darren Belano, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the final whistle sounded Stallion Lake FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GenSan.
