Michal Wolniewicz made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Xarex Kabayao sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute, Xarex Kabayao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michal Wolniewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a rather tough play, F.C. Cagayan Academy's Sidney Gatbonton got a free kick in the 19th minute. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C. Cagayan Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Clarence Sarigumba was slow to take the kick. During this time Koror FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Clarence Sarigumba got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ninoy Pecson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Xarex Kabayao blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Michal Wolniewicz having to make a save. In the 32nd minute, Clarence Sarigumba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ninoy Pecson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venceslao Basagoitia in the 35th minute of play. Ninoy Pecson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javier Hernandez went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Michal Wolniewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tol Sablon in the 44th minute of play. Xarex Kabayao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tondo Ganzon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Michal Wolniewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tondo Ganzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. A collision led to F.C. Cagayan Academy getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Tol Sablon hit a great ball. Ninoy Pecson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. The supporters of Koror FC booed when F.C. Cagayan Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tondo Ganzon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Koror FC made a substitution. Enrique Corpeño replaced Venceslao Basagoitia. Koror FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Clarence Sarigumba in the 73rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Clarence Sarigumba got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ninoy Pecson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ninoy Pecson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Hernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Shaq Rosillo came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Koror FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shaq Rosillo couldn't finish the play. Ninoy Pecson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Javier Hernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michal Wolniewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tondo Ganzon in the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tondo Ganzon in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michal Wolniewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Enrique Corpeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Hernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Ninoy Pecson made a huge save. The Koror FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented F.C. Cagayan Academy from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
