In the 15th minute, Tondo Ganzon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Cagayan Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When Tondo Ganzon came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the F.C. Cagayan Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tondo Ganzon couldn't finish the play. When F.C. In the 69th minute, Jemir Malabanan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Bloomsbury AFC's goalkeeper Isko Yuson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tondo Ganzon. With his leg Isko Yuson managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when F.C. Cagayan Academy's Jemir Malabanan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jemir Malabanan got free with Isko Yuson in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isko Yuson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tondo Ganzon in the 77th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C. Cagayan Academy's Bartoleme Mazmela slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Isko Yuson. That made the score 0-6 after 78 minutes of play. Bartoleme Mazmela received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Isko Yuson came out and tried to block the shot, but Bartoleme Mazmela slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 80th minute. With 83 minutes on the clock, Nardo Bengzon commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in F.C. Cagayan Academy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! F.C. Cagayan Academy:s Ninoy Pecson showed great skill when he stopped Natanael Quengua:s penalty. Ninoy Pecson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dodi Nakpawan, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bloomsbury AFC's zone, Jemir Malabanan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isko Yuson came out of the goal and Jemir Malabanan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, F.C. Cagayan Academy's Tol Sablon got a free kick in the 89th minute. The supporters of Bloomsbury AFC booed when F.C. Cagayan Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tondo Ganzon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Freddy Mellendrez's late challenge caught a F.C. Cagayan Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Freddy Mellendrez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bloomsbury AFC's Freddy Mellendrez got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the match was over F.C. Cagayan Academy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bloomsbury AFC throughout the match.
