After a defensive mix-up in Redbourn's zone, Charlie Tanjangco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederico Balondo came out of the goal and Charlie Tanjangco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Christopher Pelayon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armand Maduli kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Valenzuela Cargo's Waway Hartmann tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute Christopher Pelayon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Laganson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valenzuela Cargo's Adam Laganson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Valenzuela Cargo from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the game, Ben Liboon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Redbourn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valenzuela Cargo the free kick. In the 33rd minute, Ben Liboon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waway Hartmann took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frederico Balondo. Redbourn's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Christopher Pelayon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Adam Laganson made a huge save. 38 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Redbourn's Perry Malacad fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Charlie Tanjangco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frederico Balondo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Ben Liboon hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Christopher Pelayon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Redbourn's supporters rose to their feet, but Christopher Pelayon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Laganson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florence Tagasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Perry Malacad to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match Alex Yambot shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Laganson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Yao Sipin kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Charlie Tanjangco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valenzuela Cargo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charlie Tanjangco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Charlie Tanjangco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Laganson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Perry Malacad in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Florence Tagasa could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Frederico Balondo however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Tanjangco in the 75th minute of play forced Redbourn's goalkeeper Frederico Balondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florence Tagasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frederico Balondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florence Tagasa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 82nd minute, Yao Sipin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
