Femi Sinuraya helped the player get up and apologised. PSP Endeboe's Andre Fitriansyah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ade Budiarto in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Ade Budiarto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Andre Fitriansyah was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of PSP Endeboe booed when Tapai Manis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Widodo Sugendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Leonard Perangin-angin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tapai Manis FC's Mario Akmal didn't even have to move. Martin Pane took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andre Fitriansyah. Andre Fitriansyah dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Budi Priyatno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adith Simamora kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes, Tapai Manis FC's Widodo Sugendo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andre Fitriansyah came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tapai Manis FC reached it. Ade Budiarto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Fitriansyah having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ade Budiarto made the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Ferry Romatua mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSP Endeboe and the Tapai Manis FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Ferry Romatua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andre Fitriansyah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ade Budiarto in the 54th minute of play. Andre Fitriansyah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Pane in the 56th minute. Mario Akmal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Mario Akmal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Budi Priyatno in the 82nd minute of the match. PSP Endeboe's Andre Fitriansyah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save PSP Endeboe from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Budi Priyatno in the 86th minute of play forced Tapai Manis FC's goalkeeper Mario Akmal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Tapai Manis FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tapai Manis FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
