Mandingo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dede Alexander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bulsky Chaniago in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Putu Idris saved Mabusa FC from getting behind. After 7 played minutes Mandingo FC got a freekick which was hit by Rochy Bangun. Firdaus Darwis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Dewa Priyatno made a huge save. Rochy Bangun charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rochy Bangun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mandingo FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Rochy Bangun hit a great ball. Mandingo FC's Rochy Bangun got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th match minute, Mabusa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Firdaus Darwis to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kitam Chaniago in the 20th minute of play forced Mandingo FC's goalkeeper Dewa Priyatno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Bulsky Chaniago had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Putu Idris. Mabusa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bulsky Chaniago was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Putu Idris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bulsky Chaniago in the 32nd minute of the match. Putu Idris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bulsky Chaniago in the 34th minute of play. Mandingo FC's Rochy Bangun got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Mandingo FC fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Mandingo FC's Bulsky Chaniago looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The Mabusa FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mandingo FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Kitam Chaniago made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Mabusa FC's Kitam Chaniago sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dewa Priyatno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Mandingo FC's Rochy Bangun got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56thth minute of the game Firdaus Darwis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mandingo FC's Dewa Priyatno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th minute, Steve Chaniago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 57 played minutes, Mabusa FC's Taufik Sinulingga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dewa Priyatno came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mabusa FC reached it. 58 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Subagdja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mandingo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mabusa FC the free kick. Reynaldo Subagdja hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Mabusa FC's Taufik Sinulingga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dewa Priyatno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reynaldo Subagdja got free with Putu Idris in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Dede Alexander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bulsky Chaniago in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Putu Idris, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dewa Priyatno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kitam Chaniago, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Mandingo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jatuh Budiarto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Mandingo FC played a much better game than Mabusa FC and deserved their victory. The Mabusa FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
