Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bongky Sitepu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2ndth minute of the game Bulsky Idris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sabah's Donny Reza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sabah's Donny Reza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bulsky Idris in the 6th minute of play. Donny Reza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bulsky Idris's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gendo Sitepu in the 16th minute of play forced Sabah's goalkeeper Donny Reza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Bulsky Idris managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puloparako FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bulsky Idris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donny Reza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robbie Eiboy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uum Ie in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uum Ie in the 21st minute of play forced Puloparako FC's goalkeeper Robbie Eiboy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Puloparako FC's Lelo Ie ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Donny Reza. Donny Reza yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Uum Ie hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sabah getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ari Pane hit a great ball. Bulsky Idris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bongky Sitepu in the 37th minute of play forced Puloparako FC's goalkeeper Robbie Eiboy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lelo Ie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Donny Reza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Andi Yarman fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sabah's protests and gave Andi Yarman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sabah getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Andi Yarman hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bulsky Idris stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bulsky Idris blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donny Reza having to make a save. With a little luck, Puloparako FC's Robbie Eiboy got control of the ball when Haryanto Hans tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Bulsky Idris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Donny Reza. Sabah's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bulsky Idris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 64th minute, Eboy Ginting hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donny Reza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bulsky Idris's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 71st minute of the match Jakob Mulia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donny Reza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Gendo Sitepu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haryanto Hans charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haryanto Hans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, Sabah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haryanto Hans to maneuver through the defense. Bongky Sitepu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robbie Eiboy came out and tried to block the shot, but Bongky Sitepu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 89th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Puloparako FC's goalkeeper Robbie Eiboy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Uum Ie.
