Fadhly Piliang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hastomo Ketaren, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Fadhly Piliang was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hastomo Ketaren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. PSM Wonokerto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSP Gasings the free kick. The supporters of PSP Gasings booed when PSM Wonokerto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kia Simanungkalit didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ari Kusumah hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Ade Ginting stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kia Wijaya's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. A collision led to PSP Gasings getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Wahyu Idris hit a great ball. PSM Wonokerto's Hastomo Ketaren got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, PSP Gasings's Fadhly Piliang got control of the ball when Fery Dewa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eboy Eiboy kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Fery Dewa made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to PSP Gasings getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Kia Wijaya hit a great ball. PSM Wonokerto's Hastomo Ketaren got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Hastomo Ketaren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. PSP Gasings's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fery Dewa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 71st minute Bulsky Hidayat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ade Ginting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
