Gantingang's Robbie Dewa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andra Perangin-angin in the 17th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 85th minute, Elie Wibowo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kia Ridliwan kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88thth minute of the game Romi Budikusuma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gantingang's Robbie Dewa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Robbie Dewa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romi Budikusuma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gantingang's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
