Ade Ginting made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Firdaus Panjaitan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Mulyana Kusumah kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes PSM Wonokerto got a freekick which was hit by Fery Dewa. Ade Ginting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricky Barus in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, PSM Cijantra FC's goalkeeper Firdaus Panjaitan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fery Dewa. After 22 minutes, Andra Perangin-angin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSM Cijantra FC and the PSM Wonokerto players grew even worse after the yellow card. Andra Perangin-angin hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ade Rai in the 28th minute of play forced PSM Cijantra FC's goalkeeper Firdaus Panjaitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Romi Budikusuma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ade Ginting was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ade Ginting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andra Perangin-angin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The supporters of PSM Cijantra FC booed when PSM Wonokerto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Femi Ie didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Andra Perangin-angin came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the PSM Cijantra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andra Perangin-angin couldn't finish the play. Romi Budikusuma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fery Dewa scored 1-2 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Firdaus Panjaitan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Firdaus Panjaitan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hastomo Ketaren in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Romi Budikusuma made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ricky Barus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ade Ginting was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 58th minute there was a penalty for PSM Wonokerto. Fery Dewa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Firdaus Panjaitan. 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Andra Perangin-angin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ade Ginting. That made the score 2-3 in the 66 minute of play. PSM Wonokerto's Ade Ginting proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save PSM Wonokerto from getting a goal against them. Firdaus Panjaitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fery Dewa in the 70th minute of the match. Firdaus Panjaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fery Dewa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd match minute, PSM Wonokerto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ade Rai to maneuver through the defense. Fery Dewa took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Firdaus Panjaitan. Firdaus Panjaitan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hastomo Ketaren in the 80th minute of play forced PSM Cijantra FC's goalkeeper Firdaus Panjaitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, one of PSM Wonokerto:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PSM Wonokerto. PSM Wonokerto's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ricky Barus 87 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-4. The supporters of PSM Wonokerto booed when PSM Cijantra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hastomo Wijaya didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Andra Perangin-angin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ade Ginting. That made the score 3-5 in the 93 minute of play. The PSM Wonokerto supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching PSM Cijantra FC's performance. The match ended with a win for PSM Cijantra FC.
