The supporters of Talumopatu booed when PSS Tjitoedja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rexy Sembiring didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fery Budiarto's late challenge caught a PSS Tjitoedja's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. PSS Tjitoedja's Kompos Febrian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Ridliwan in the 24th minute of play. Kompos Febrian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fery Budiarto in the 26th minute. 32 minutes into the match, PSS Tjitoedja's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Ridliwan came free, but Kompos Febrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fery Budiarto got free with Kompos Febrian in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, PSS Tjitoedja's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Ridliwan came free, but Kompos Febrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kompos Febrian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Talumopatu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonard Ridliwan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kompos Febrian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fery Budiarto in the 91st minute of the match. Fadh Idris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kompos Febrian having to interfere. PSS Tjitoedja's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
